Welcome to Redplay Motion Studio, a creative media technology studio based in Ranchi. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order or using our services.

1. General Information

Redplay Motion Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides custom printing and visual display units manufacturing and supply and related services.
By using our website, placing an order, or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised terms.

2. Orders and Design Approvals

​

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing (via website, email, WhatsApp, or signed order form).

  • Production begins only after design approval and receipt of the required advance payment.

  • The customer is responsible for verifying all design details, spellings, logos, and visuals before final approval.

  • Once approved, we are not liable for any errors or omissions in the design.

3. Payments

​

  • A partial advance payment is required to initiate any project or production.

  • The balance amount must be cleared before final delivery or dispatch.

  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, Google Pay, PhonePe, and cash at our studio.

  • All transactions are secure, and an official invoice or receipt will be issued for every payment.

4. Pricing and Quotations

​

  • All prices are subject to change based on material cost, customization, or special project requirements.

  • Quotations shared are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Redplay Motion Studio reserves the right to correct any pricing errors at any stage before confirming an order.

5. Production and Delivery

​

  • The delivery timeline depends on the type of product or service.

  • Delays caused by third-party suppliers, logistics, or technical issues will be communicated promptly.

  • We offer local home delivery within Ranchi and courier delivery for outstation clients.

  • Once the order is dispatched or delivered, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

6. Product Use and Care

​

  • Our Visual Display Units (VDUs) are designed for professional presentation and promotional use.

  • Customers may replace or upload their own videos using the provided USB connection.

  • Do not expose the units to water, extreme temperatures, or direct sunlight.

  • Battery life and playback duration depend on usage and screen size.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

​

  • Orders can only be canceled before production begins.

  • Once printing, video upload, or packaging has started, cancellations are not accepted.

  • Refunds are applicable only in special cases, such as technical faults or duplicate payments.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

8. Returns and Replacements

​

  • Since all products are custom-made, returns are not applicable.

  • If an item is received damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours with photos or videos of the issue.

  • After verification, we will arrange repair or replacement as necessary.

  • For verified production faults, all replacement costs will be covered by Redplay Motion Studio.

9. Intellectual Property

​

  • All designs, videos, templates, and creative materials created by Redplay Motion Studio remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Customers may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our work without written permission.

  • Client-provided logos, videos, and design elements remain the property of the client.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

​

  • We respect your privacy. Any information shared with us (like contact details, logos, or video files) is used only for your project and not shared with third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

​

  • Redplay Motion Studio is not responsible for delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, material shortages, or natural events).

  • Our liability, in any case, is limited to the value of the project or service ordered.
