Because most of our products — such as visual display units, printed materials, and customized designs — are personalized and made-to-order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
1. General Policy

All products and services offered by Redplay Motion Studio are custom-made based on the client’s approval of designs, content, and specifications.

Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns and order cancellations are not permitted once production or printing has started.

We aim to ensure every order meets your expectations, and we encourage clients to thoroughly review all design proofs before final approval.
2. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before the production process begins.

Once printing, video uploading, or packaging has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

If cancellation is approved (before production), the refund will be processed after deducting any administrative or design charges incurred.
3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

You must share photos or videos clearly showing the issue for verification.

After reviewing your claim, our team will arrange for repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the situation.

We will bear the replacement and shipping costs if the issue is confirmed to be from our side.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items and services are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom-printed materials (stickers, cards, brochures, etc.)

Video brochures and visual display units once customized with your video or branding

Digital files, logo animations, and creative design services already delivered

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modification
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate payment or transaction error

Product unavailability or production issue from our side

Verified technical fault that cannot be repaired or replaced
Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
6. Replacement Process

In case of a verified issue, we will replace the defective unit or product with a new one at no extra cost.

The replacement timeline depends on material availability and production schedule (typically 5–7 working days).

Customers must return the defective item (if requested) before a replacement can be issued.
7. Shipping Responsibility

For verified product faults or damages caused during delivery, Redplay Motion Studio will cover all logistics and replacement costs.

For issues caused by incorrect handling or customer error, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs related to replacement or repair.
