At Redplay Motion Studio, we value every client and ensure a smooth and transparent booking process for all our creative services and custom products — including video brochures, visual display units (VDUs), photo prints, logo animations, and design services.
This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing how bookings are made, confirmed, and managed. By placing an order or booking our services, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings or orders must be confirmed either in writing, by email, WhatsApp, or through our website.

A booking is considered confirmed only after an advance payment (as specified by Redplay Motion Studio) has been received.

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message or receipt from us detailing your project scope, estimated delivery time, and payment breakdown.
2. Advance Payment

To begin any project, a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total order value is required.

The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or dispatch of the product.

For digital or design-only services, full payment may be required upfront.

Payment can be made through UPI, bank transfer, cash, or any accepted online method.
3. Order Processing

Work begins only after receipt of the advance payment and final approval of the design or concept.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate details — such as text, logos, videos, images, and contact information — before production starts.

Production time varies based on the complexity of the order, but we aim to maintain the agreed timeline shared during booking.
4. Design Approval

Before printing or video upload, clients will receive a digital preview or proof of their product for review.

Once approved by the client, no further changes can be made.

Redplay Motion Studio is not responsible for errors (spelling, alignment, color, or content) after the client’s final approval.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before production or printing begins.

Once work has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

If a cancellation is approved before production, a cancellation fee may be deducted to cover administrative and design costs.

Any refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
6. Delays and Changes

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on availability of materials, design revisions, or unforeseen circumstances.

We will communicate promptly in case of any delay beyond the estimated timeline.

Redplay Motion Studio will not be liable for delays caused by late client approvals, incomplete content submission, or courier delays.
7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary details, creative inputs, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid delays.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content provided (videos, logos, text, or images) is copyright-free or legally owned by them.

Redplay Motion Studio assumes no responsibility for copyright claims arising from materials submitted by clients.
8. Non-Transferable Booking

Bookings or project slots are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another person or business without prior written consent from Redplay Motion Studio.
9. No-Show / Non-Response

If a client fails to respond or provide necessary materials within 10 working days of booking, the order may be put on hold or canceled without refund of advance payment.

Reinstating a cancelled project will require a fresh booking and new advance payment.
10. Delays
Redplay Motion Studio shall not be held responsible for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, power outages, or courier disruptions.

Redplay Motion Studio reserves the right to modify or update this Booking Policy at any time without prior notice.
