At Redplay Motion Studio, we aim to ensure that all our creative products — including visual display units, printed materials, and customized designs — are delivered to you safely, securely, and on time.


We take great care in packaging and dispatching every order to maintain the highest quality standards.

1. Order Processing Time

​

  • All orders are processed only after final design approval and confirmation of full or partial payment as agreed.

  • Production and packaging timelines vary depending on the product type:

    • Printed Products (stickers, cards, brochures, etc.): 3–5 working days

    • Visual Display Units (VDUs): 5–10 working days (depending on customization level and screen size)

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods

​

We use reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

  • For local deliveries within Ranchi, we offer direct home/office delivery through our in-house service or trusted local couriers.

  • For outstation or interstate deliveries, we ship through registered courier partners with tracking facilities provided to customers upon dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

​

  • Local Delivery (within Ranchi): Free or nominal delivery charge may apply depending on order size and distance.

  • Domestic Shipping (within India): Charges are calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch) are as follows:

  • Within Ranchi: 1–2 working days

  • Within Jharkhand (outside Ranchi): 3–5 working days

  • Rest of India: 5–10 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics delays.

5. Packaging & Handling

​

  • All products are securely packed using high-quality materials to prevent transit damage.

  • Video Brochures and Visual Display Units are placed in fully printed mono cartons for safe handling and presentation.

  • We recommend checking the parcel upon receipt before signing the delivery slip.

6. Order Tracking

​

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (as per your provided contact details).
You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the courier’s tracking portal.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

​

In rare cases of shipping delays or lost parcels:

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on your order type and production status.

8. Delivery Address

​

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

  • Redplay Motion Studio will not be responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Any re-shipment due to incorrect address will incur additional shipping charges.

9. Damage During Transit

​

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
You must share clear photos or videos of the packaging and product so we can verify the issue and take corrective action (replacement or repair).

10. International Shipping

​

Currently, Redplay Motion Studio ships only within India.
International shipping may be introduced in the future; updates will be shared on our website and social media pages.
